What the Scorpio Classic Is Like to Drive
You sit high and see over most of the traffic on Madhya Marg, and the square bonnet makes the corners easy to judge. Stop-start traffic is the tiring part, such as the evening jam around the Zirakpur flyover, because the clutch is on the heavy side and you'll be pressing it constantly. It needs a full-size parking slot, and reversing into a tight spot goes better with someone outside guiding you.
On the highway it's happiest at a steady 80 to 90 km/h; push beyond that and wind and engine noise build. It leans in quick corners, so take hill bends slowly, and the last row feels bumps the most.
